The first settlement of this alpine construction dates from the 10th century and is located in Planoles, Ripollés, in the Pyrenees, on the road known as Collada de Toses. The project consists of adapting an old barn in 6 tourist apartments, a restaurant, a small gym, an outdoor swimming pool and its changing rooms.

Both the floors and roof had to be demolished and rebuilt again. The dark interior and the lack of openings in the outer perimeter walls forced the creation of new door and window steps. The side of the mountain turns half of the surface into a basement, so that the creation of a patio becomes the axis, the root of the development of the project.

Work done: project design and execution plans, work documents, specifications, measurements, budget control, issuance of administrative documents and project licenses, project and construction management and coordination.
