This three-storey house was designed in 2001. In the project, aesthetic, functional and sustainability aspects were extreme to achieve an optimal result.
Its northwest orientation gives it the privilege of spending the spring, summer and part of the fall seasons, with milder temperatures. Not only the concept of the house itself, but also the vegetation that surrounds it, have made this house a very unique and welcoming home. The project is clearly defined by its vertical communication axis and by the spectacular stained glass window that presides over the main space of the house.
Its monolithic shape and volumetry have been literally absorbed by its surroundings. A deciduous ivy vine gives it an elegant and beautiful appearance.
The house rests on a sloping plot and occupies the upper part of it. The land is accessed by upper and lower streets. The footprint of the house is approximately 100 m². Therefore, it does not occupy more than 10% of the surface of the plot.
The house runs on three floors, the upper one houses the main entrance, an interior garage, a room adapted as a music room with access to a full bathroom and two terraces. The first terrace is also the entrance to the property and the parking space. While the other is a spectacular viewpoint that is accessed from the music room. The intermediate level includes the rest of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor is occupied by the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry area, a pantry and a courtesy bathroom.
