Traditional Catalan farmhouse located in the Valles Occidental just 15 minutes from Barcelona.

It is a farmhouse listed in the seventeenth century, fully rehabilitated in 2004, for use as a restaurant for holding events, although it allows many other uses given its characteristics. The current farmhouse is a reconstruction of the nineteenth century that integrates remains of the old building on which it stands, especially on its north side. This reconstruction was carried out with a style of a residential house rather than an agricultural farmhouse. The whole complex was surrounded in 1866 by a perimeter wall that closed the space. The porches that are attached to the house on the west side were also built, and especially its windmill, a neo-Gothic circular tower surrounded by a balcony on the upper floor, which presides over the entrance to the architectural complex and the difference singularly with respect to other farmhouses in the area.

Economically, the breadwinner was linked to the production of wine, finding all the surrounding land, owned by the house, with vineyards. Once the vineyard was ruined, in the middle of the 20th century it was sold by the last owners, who plotted the land to develop the current urbanization that surrounds it.
