The apartment crowns a classic building located in Paseo de Gracia that underwent a major rehabilitation by the architect Carlos Ferrater in 1999 that consisted of maintaining the main facade and restructuring the entire interior layout of the building. The result is a classic building with the comforts of avant-garde and design architecture.
The apartment is accessed through its lower floor through a hall that presides over the metal-framed staircase and with wooden steps without risers to allow an overview of the main space of the apartment: the double-height living room where the large, oriented windows to the silent inner courtyard of the block are located. Next to the staircase we find the kitchen with its elongated countertop and perfectly integrated into the space, to the left is the main room with a huge dressing room and an open bathroom at the back, on the inside of the floor. Upstairs we find two other rooms, one of them converted into an office and an open space, above the main room, presided over by a majestic grand piano. Also on the second floor are the other two full bathrooms in the house, with the same beige tone that prevails throughout the apartment. The glazed divisions, the library on two levels, the large windows and a very successful decoration stand out.
The location is perfect, a few meters from Plaza Cataluña and on the most prestigious promenade in Barcelona.
