Es un hotel de 78 habitaciones con una superficie total de 5.000 m2. El proyecto se ejecut\u00f3 en colaboraci\u00f3n con el estudio de arquitectura Tekno Bau. El proyecto conserva la fachada original del edificio existente y le agrega tres pisos m\u00e1s, manteniendo tambi\u00e9n su entrada principal y su escalera. El atrio de entrada corre verticalmente a trav\u00e9s del edificio convirtiendo el volumen del espacio interior del edificio en un espacio completamente abierto alrededor del cual todo gira. El nivel inferior alberga la recepci\u00f3n, el hall y un bar sal\u00f3n con terraza. El restaurante y algunos otros servicios se ofrecen en el s\u00f3tano, las 78 habitaciones est\u00e1n distribuidas en los otros seis niveles.
